I was using a Squeem Body shaper for a week and i got Red Rash all around my back and belly, what should i do?

it’s been itching alot but i was ignoring and this morning i wokeup with red (and blue) rash on my belly and around my waist and back, and there was this white skin flakes over my skin, what that could be? and how can i cure it?
