If you wish to achieve a successful outcome in your goal of smaller waistline through the use of corset, then you must undergo corset training. Take note though that corset training will require you to wear the corset on a daily basis and also to tight your corset a bit more than what you usually do. Your waist isn't super-small for a reason: You have organs and bones in there that need room. Records have shown that women in the past have had severe health problems from wearing tight corsets for long periods of time(broken bones, moved organs) and some women have even died(punctured organs, crushed organs, etc). Talk to a doctor to see how small your waist can get without being dangerous. You’re not going to get super-drastic changes without hurting yourself.
