I had to return this product. It is apparently sized and manufactured for women. The return process was quick and free.

I am very sorry that I bought this product. It is not at all what I expected. It is a heavy rubber garment that is difficult to put on and I cannot even imagine wearing this thing for more than a half hour, if that. How it is considered lingerie is misleading. This is not sexy, not in any way something to be considered lingerie. It is a thing with front hooks and is made from heavy rubber. Under clothes it does not do a damn thing for your figure, but it compresses so tightly that it pushes everything you are compressing somewhere else. The only good thing that I can say is that they did not have the black one in stock otherwise I would have bought two of them. So this was a complete waste of money. For a very large person it would not do a thing but make them feel more uncomfortable and for a small person there is no way you would want to subject yourself to the discomfort of wearing this garment when you can wear a nice comfortable sexy waist cincher made of material I would consider to be lingerie. I bought a small which is a size larger than the petite and I am not sure what adult could fit in the undergarment fabric that comes with the garment and is supposed to be worn under the rubber garment for comfort and for sensitive skin, but this thing is like maybe 12 or 13 inches wide with no stretch, so I can’t even imagine a toddler being able to get this undergarment past the head and/or the shoulders or the hips. Ridiculous and truly a waste of money.

Waist cincher is the key here– this is not a piece of lingerie, but rather a shaper. The word girdle comes to mind as well, and that makes me cringe because that word makes me think elderly! However, after trying it I was “hooked.”
If you’re looking for a corset, I suggest you consult a corsetier, but this piece is great for everyday wear. It’s not very sexy, but it does reduce inches and gives wonderful lower back support. I had my gall bladder removed several years ago, and the support from this cincher has helped make the scar tissue in that area feel much better. Your results for medical issues may vary and of course you should consult your doctor for such matters.
I like to wear a thin cotton tank top underneath this– it’s rubber, so a thin garment between this and your skin is a must to prevent chafing. This is a tough, well-made piece, so do not underestimate your size when ordering. If you are XL and you know it, don’t order L thinking you will get smaller more quickly. You’ll never get one that’s too small snapped into place. You do have to watch how you sit so that it doesn’t crease in a weird place, and may have to pull it down to adjust it come mid-day.
Even in the correct size, however, it is difficult to get all the hooks in place, and I have to get my husband to hook me in. At some point I might be able to do it myself, but for now I do find myself wishing it had a zipper or something. However a zipper would probably make it less durable. Minus one star for the difficulty getting it fastened, but overall a great product and I will definitely re-purchase when the time comes. Anything that makes my back & side feel better and makes me look good at the same time is a plus for me, and I recommend giving this a try.

I first heard of the squeem from a couple of my coworkers, and I noticed over time they were actually getting thinner. They told me about the squeem about a year ago and said it makes you lose inches, but I was skeptical and thought it’s just another girdle, and I had already been wearing one for a cheaper price. Then about a month ago, I looked at one of my coworkers who had been wearing it and she hadn’t even been dieting with it but she lost noticable inches, so I had to have one and I was amazed at they way I looked in clothes, the first day of wear was a bit uncomfortable but well worth it making my shape look like coke bottle.

I bought this to batten down my tummy hatches after pregnancy. It definitely helped – the Squeem is the cinchiest of all the waist tighteners I tried.
